I spent the last few days over in Shropshire conducting some in house assessments on climbing walls, ropes courses and abseil towers. The candidates were all very enthusiastic and some of them even laughed at my jokes!!

A fine but breezy day on Elidir Fawr (923m) via Carnedd y Filiast (821m) and Mynydd Perfedd (812m).

Tryfan Bach Navigation from Pen y Gwryd

Ed was with me a again but today we were joined by Karen. We set off into Cwm Idwal and and made a slow but very productive ascent of Hope.

Ed and Casper joined me today for a journey up Tryfan Bach and Bastow Butress on the East Face of Tryfan. We then made a descent of Bastow Gully in surprisingly good conditions considering the weather.
