Upper Tier of Pant Ifan

It was a perfect day at Tremadog today. Mostly sunny but not too warm and not too cold. I was up on the Upper Tier of Pant Ifan today with a group from London. The crucial part and the thing that made the day such a success (apart from looking after a brilliant group!) was the lack of people. We had the place pretty much to ourselves until after lunch but we were the only group there all day. Excellent group, sun and dry rock.... perfect.

In house assessments and a special guest!

I was over in Shropshire over the last few days conducting some assessments on a variety of rope activities such as high ropes courses, abseiling and climbing. During today's assessments we were visited by a very special guest and a hero of mine. "Tell 'em about the honey mummy" it was no other than the Honey Monster! The HM was on site during a photo shoot and was trying out various activities. I also had the pleasure of assessing a distant relative of Sir George Everest today and I'm glad to say he passed his abseiling with flying colours, as did everyone else. 😊✔
